Sentry carrier works great, even a chimera. 3x drone damage mods and 2 omni directionals. Warp in at 70km with bouncers. No delay in drones getting to targets. Arty maelstrom also works quite well. Tengu is terrible at angel anoms

As far as I am aware, fleeting with someone who is at war does not automatically make you a target. You would need to start aggression or remote rep\cap transfer to them before you can be shot at.

Why ninja?? lots of people couldn't be bothered to salvage, unless you looking for the PVP. Either way, I hear Delve has tons of wrecks including many T2 and T3 which give great salvage and will put your "ninja" skills to the test.

T2 launchers with T2 missiles should always be your goal. In most cases the NPC you are shooting are within 100km and a Tengu or Caldari BS is not going to have a problem launching T2 missiles at that range. Drake will have targeting range issues...
